Local Produce

I am blessed to have my Godparents still in my life and living close. And this week Hotrod and I went to their house, along with Nanny and Pa to have a fun time swimming. One of the fringe benefits was that I left with some glorious squash, zucchini, and potatoes. And tonight that is what's for supper!


3 crook neck squash
1 large zucchini 
8-9 small -medium potatoes
Olive oil
Salt and pepper

Cut up the veggies, coat with desired amount of olive oil (I used garlic infused) salt and pepper to taste. 
Bake at 400 for 1 hour and yum yum and delish!
